  • Register one (1) account only — multiple accounts are strictly prohibited
  • Has never previously been subject to an account restriction or termination by myr36

Myr36 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time through the Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Failure to provide the required documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension or termination.

Strictly Prohibited: Individuals under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from using the myr36 platform. If we identify any account belonging to an underage individual, that account will be terminated immediately and all balances and winnings will be forfeited.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) account at myr36. Holding more than one account is a serious violation of these terms and may result in the termination of all associated accounts without any refund.

You are fully responsible for:

  • Ensuring that no other party accesses your account without your authorisation
  • Notify myr36 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation

Bets, Games & Outcomes

All games and bets at myr36 — covering Sports Betting (Malaysia Super League football, EPL, badminton, cricket, e-sports), slots, baccarat, Live Casino, and lottery — operate on a fair and transparent system.

For Sports Betting, the following general conditions apply:

  • Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled unless myr36 explicitly offers a "Cash Out" option for the relevant market
  • If a match is cancelled or not completed as scheduled, bets may be voided depending on the specific policy applicable to that sport
  • In the event of a technical error during a live match, myr36 reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the wagered amount
  • Odds offered are subject to change until a bet is confirmed — confirmed bets are not affected by any subsequent odds changes

For casino games and slots, all outcomes are generated by an independently verified Random Number Generator (RNG). The Return to Player (RTP) rate for each game is available to view within the game information. Each round's outcome is independent and is not influenced by previous rounds.

In the event of a discrepancy between what is displayed on a user's screen and myr36's server records, the server records shall serve as the official reference for determining the outcome of any bet or game.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the myr36 platform and may result in account termination and the forfeiture of all withdrawals:

  • Registering more than one account under the same or different names

  • Placing hedging or arbitrage bets to exploit differences in odds

Account Termination & Suspension
